Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide possibility of positioning two or more types of works in different diameters at their projections, by arranging a couple of positioning blocks on a supporting table equipped with a projection in such a way as facing each other and capable of sliding and by moving them in the opposite directions by an equal amount. CONSTITUTION:A work W placed on a pallet 1 has a column-shaped projection W1 to serve as reference for location. A pair of movable shafts 2a, 2b are arranged on the pallet 1 facing each other and capable of sliding, where positioning blocks 3a, 3b are mounted on these movable shafts 2a, 2b in the positions mating with each other, and V-shaped reference surface 4a, 4b to pinch the projection are formed at the blocks in their surfaces mating each other. Movable brackets 6a, 6b are fixed to the movable shafts 2a, 2b, and nuts 7a, 7b provided at the brackets 6a, 6b are screw-fitted on a screw shaft 8. The movable shafts 2a, 2b are driven by regular and reverse rotation of the screw shaft 8 so as to move in the opposite directions by the same amount with the aid of brackets 6a, 6b.
