  1. 合成樹脂製の円状の上壁１の外周に筒部２を一体に設け
    、別記上壁１上に上筒３を設け、前記上壁１に無端状の
    裂溝４を形成して中蓋５を形成し、前記筒部２の内径を
    、該中蓋５を嵌合する゛瓶口の外径よりやき小さく形成
    し、反別に合成樹脂製の、前記上筒３に係合するキャッ
    プ部６の下部に裂取部７を介して前記筒部２に嵌合する
    筒体８を設けて外蓋９を形成し、前記筒部２と筒体８の
    どちらか一方に、他方に密接する突起１０を設けたこと
