のルー試験管を珀いた継代移植の手順を示す図であり第
、２図イは白金耳を挿入した状態を示す図、第２図口は
白金耳に刺した馬鈴薯片を太径部に引き上げ、太径部の
角にひっかけて白金耳を引き抜いた状態の図、第２図ハ
は白金耳により菌膜を採取する状態を示す図、第２Ｎ：
は継代移植用容器に移植した状態を示す図である。
図中、１はルー試験管、２は培地、３は馬鈴薯片、９は
