[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a sanitary napkin, which provides a stable wearing condition without the risk of slipping while being worn, significantly improves leak-proofing properties, and has a rich ability to absorb and store menstrual blood. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sanitary napkin that is comfortable to wear and can be folded compactly into a stick shape, and its structure is as follows.

In this invention, a main water-absorbing layer made of a highly absorbent polymer is sandwiched between auxiliary water-absorbing layers made of a water-absorbing material such as water-absorbing paper, and these are layered on top of a waterproof layer, making the entire laminate water permeable. The auxiliary water-absorbing layer and the covering material are coated with a coating material, and the central part of the surface of the auxiliary water-absorbing layer and the covering material protrudes in a V-shaped cross section to form a wing-shaped section, and water permeable between the auxiliary water-absorbing layer and the coating material in the wing-shaped section. This sanitary napkin is characterized by being filled with a resilient material.

以下、本考案の実施例を図に依拠して説明する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

Therefore, in this sanitary napkin, the wing-like part B is formed by making the central part of the surface of the auxiliary water-absorbing layer 3 and the covering material 4 protrude in a hollow V-shaped cross section over the entire length direction. A water-permeable elastic material 5 is inserted between the auxiliary water absorption layer 3 and the covering material 4 in the wing-shaped portion B.

In this way, the napkin base A and the wing-like part B containing elastic material are integrally connected, and both lengthwise ends of the covering material 4 are sealed together with the base A and the wing-like part B, thereby achieving the present invention. It consists of sanitary napkins.

In particular, if the above-mentioned hydrophobic fiber group is used, not only the original elasticity but also the excellent water permeability and moisture backflow prevention function unique to this material allow menstrual blood to quickly permeate into the water absorption layer.
In addition, the highly desirable property of preventing backflow of moisture once permeated can be obtained.

In this embodiment, the auxiliary water-absorbing layer 3 is formed into a wide sheet with front and back sides, and is folded so that both ends in the width direction are abutted against each other at the wing-shaped valley line B1. 3 is discontinued at the crease (wing-shaped portion valley line Bl).

However, since the ease of folding is inherently obtained by having the wing-like part B having a V-shaped cross section, the structure of the auxiliary water absorption layer 3 is, for example, formed separately on the front and back sides, and the central part of the front side part is formed separately. It may be modified as appropriate other than what is shown in the drawings, such as by bending it into a V-shaped cross section.

Alternatively, the above-mentioned mixture 21 is made into a web by itself through a distributor, and then formed into a sheet by wet heat compression bonding [Special absorbent paper GSP sheet (trade name) manufactured by Nippon Vilene Co., Ltd.] is used as the main water-absorbing layer. However, if the main water-absorbing layer 2 is formed by sandwiching the mixture 1 between water-absorbing papers 22 and 23 such as tissue paper and finishing the whole into a sheet as in the illustrated embodiment, the stiff and dry feeling will not occur. , you can get a soft, old-fashioned texture.

Moreover, even if the mixture 21 swells and becomes a gel, the absorbent paper 22.
Since the main water-absorbing layer 2 is held between 23 and not dispersed, the main water-absorbing layer 2 retains its sheet-like shape at the end, and therefore does not lose its shape when the entire napkin is finished being used.

As explained above, the sanitary napkin of the present invention has a wing-like section with a V-shaped cross section in the center of the surface, so by inserting this wing-like section between the lunar area and wearing it, the sanitary napkin of the present invention will not shift or move during use. It provides a stable wearing condition with no leakage, significantly improves leak-proofing properties, and allows the whole to be easily folded into a rod shape using the valley lines of the wing-like portions as creases.
