    ク接触する櫛歯状ベース電極と前記エミッタ領域にオー
    ミック接触する櫛歯状エミッタ電極とを具備するトラン
    ジスタに於いて、前記エミッタ電極の各櫛歯の複数のコ
    ンタクト孔のうちホンディングパッドに接近する部分に
    ポリシリコン層を設けたことを特徴とするトランジスタ
    。
