Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a transmission type screen with good color balance by combining sheets which have mutually parallel lenticular lenses on top and reverse surfaces so that the lenses cross each other at right angles, and providing a light shield layer to the nonconvergence part of a projection surface. CONSTITUTION:The two lens sheets 3 and 6 which have the mutually parallel lenticular lenses 1 and 2, and 4 and 5 on the top and reverse surfaces at 0.5-5mm. pitch (p) are combined so that the lenticular lenses of the sheets 3 and 6 cross each other at right angles, and light shield layers 7 are provided to the projection parts of nonconvergence parts of the lenticular lens 4 on the surface of the sheet 6 at the side of the lenticular lens 4, so that light beams 8-10 incident to the same position in different directions are refracted and projected as nearly parallel light beams 8'-10'. Consequently, moire due to the use of a circular lens is eliminated and a large-sized transmission type screen is manufactured easily.

能な範囲を拡げると共に、不要光や観察側からの外光反
射を遮るためにレンチキュラーレンズシートの非レンズ
面に遮光層を設けておくものである。

リーンでは必須であったサーキュラ−フレネルレンズは
全く不要となる。
