[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to a watertight structure between the upper and lower wall surfaces of a curtain wall, for example, between a spandrel panel and an opening frame.

Conventionally, this type of watertight structure has been constructed by attaching tight material to the proximal ends of upper and lower wall materials in advance at a factory or the like, and then bringing the tight materials into contact with each other at the time of on-site construction to ensure watertightness.

しかし、この種の構造では現場施工時にタイト材が変形

However, in this type of structure, there are disadvantages in that the tight material deforms during construction on site, resulting in uneven contact, or in cases where construction is done at a significant distance.Additionally, wall materials must be installed while taking watertightness into consideration. There was also the problem that the construction required time and effort.

This idea was developed in view of the above circumstances, and after installing the upper and lower wall materials regardless of watertightness, the tight material is stretched over both wall materials and pressure-bonded, thereby reducing the work involved in installing the wall materials. It is an object of the present invention to provide a watertight structure between wall surfaces in a curtain wall, which is characterized by being able to easily obtain stable watertightness.

以下にこの考案の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。Examples of this invention will be described below based on the drawings.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 9, the vertical auxiliary frame 1C at the side edge of the spandrel panel 1 is spaced apart from the auxiliary frame 3'a of the cover 3' covering the column. The tip of the material 20 is brought into close contact with the outer surface of the auxiliary frame 3'a to the tongue-shaped tie 1 fitted to the outer part of the vertical auxiliary frame 1C, and the tight material 11°11' A tight member 11'' having a single hollow section connected to the horizontal tight member 11. The cover 16, which is brought into contact with the abutting portion between the neoprene sponge 15 and the vertical tight material 11'' from the back side to complete the wetness between them, holds the neoprene sponge 15 together with the holding member 12.

As explained above, the structure of this invention is such that after the spandrel panel 1 and the opening frame 2 located in the vertical direction are supported by the frame A at a distance from each other, the spandrel panel 1 and the opening frame 2 are A tight material 11.11' is installed across the proximal end of the frame, and this tight material 11.11' is pressed against the spandrel panel 1 and the opening frame 2 by means of a pressing bolt 14, which is a pressing means. The spandrel panel 1 and the opening frame 2 can be easily attached at the time of construction regardless of watertightness, and the spandrel panel 1 and the opening frame 2 can be attached later by straddling the tight material 11, 11' and pressing them together. Therefore, it has the excellent effect of being able to obtain stable watertightness.
