Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to shorten the axial size of a motor by shaping the end of a stator coil with an end bracket. CONSTITUTION:A coil end 4 is axially pressed through an end bracket 5 without pressing nor shaping the coil end in the axial direction when a stator coil 3 is wound on a stator core 2, and the bracket 5 is secured to the core 2 to each other. Thus, the coil end 4 is shaped in the prescribed size. In this case, since a space size is not provided between the coil end 4 and the bracket 5, the axial size can be shortened. Then, the core 2, the coil 3 and the bracket 5 are simultaneously immersed with electrically insulating varnish, thereby insulating the coil 3. Then, a rotor 10 is disposed oppositely with the bore of the stator, an opening member 8 is contacted fixedly with the bracket 5 from both sides to complete a motor 1.
