際の使用条件は、ざらに苛酷な状態になっておシ、現実
にはブレーキ材の圧接面が平滑面であることは少く、従
ってより実際の使用状態に近い状況でのブレーキ材の衝
撃摩耗度を調査するためには試験態様も現実に即応させ
る必要がある。そして上記現実に即応させる方法として
前記ライニング材の表面に段差をつけてブレーキ材の摩
耗試験を行なうことが考えられるが、この場合にはブレ
ーキ利を取付けである押付は軸に軸方向と回転円板の接
線方向に繰返しの大きなi撃が加わるため、従来の試験
機をそのまま使用すると、ブレーキ材の支承部等が損傷
するという問題があった。
