Abstract

PURPOSE:To control the revolution speed of a motor or pump at a constant flow rate, by using a servomechanism for the eccentricity of a cam to regulate the volume of the working motor or pump in a stepless manner. CONSTITUTION:A servo valve 7 is provided in a main shaft l. An input for operating the valve is applied to a spool 11 through a control rod 9. A feedback pin 8 extends perpendicularly across the spool 12 in contact therewith so that the eccentricity of a crank 3 is feedbacked. Sleeves 11, 12 slide relative to each other. Ports P1, P2 are set at a degree of opening which corresponds to the displacement difference between the sleeves 11, 12. The oil pressure of an oil pressure source 10 is transmitted to one of the ports P1, P2 through a port Ps while the other is opened into the outside. The ports P1, P2 are connected to the two eccentric pistons 4 of the cam 3. Such a servomechanism is used for the eccentricity of the cam 3 so that the volume of a working motor or pump can be controlled in a stepless manner.
