・・・冷却器用ファン（整流器用）、４・・・空気対水
冷却器、５・・・ラジェータ冷却ファン（変圧器用）、
６・・・油入変圧器のラジェータ、７・・・冷却ファン
（整流器、変圧器共用）、８・・・循環水用ポンプ。

  1. 油入変圧器と半導体整流器を一体形成した半導体整流装
    置において、油入変圧器のラジェータを強制風冷する冷
    却ファンと、半導体整流器の冷却器を強制冷却する冷却
    ファンを共用した半導体装置の冷却装置。
