ものにおいて、Ｒ曲げ加工を施す部分に沿ってコア材の
裏面に少なくとも化粧シートの部分を残す深さの角溝を
形成するとともに、前記角溝に適合する幅の角材に断面
櫛歯状加工を施した曲げ部材を設け、この曲げ部材を前
記角溝に挿入し櫛歯状加工部を心にして折曲げることに
よりＲ曲げ部を形成したことを特徴とするＲ曲げ加工を
