Abstract

PURPOSE:To make an arm body small-sized and cut off magnetism and reduce noise in an integrated circuit for signal recording and reproducing by forming the arm body with ceramics and providing the integrated circuit for signal recording and reproducing in the arm body and making the arm body and the integrated circuit into one body. CONSTITUTION:An arm body 11 is constituted with ceramics, and wiring patterns 12 are arranged in the arm body 11 and are connected to an IC chip, which is placed in the arm body 11, by lands 14. A capacitor 15 and a resistance 16 are arranged in the arm body 11 to constitute the integrated circuit for data signal recording and reproducing. An external magnetic head 17 is wired to external lands 18, which are provided on the surface of the arm body 11 through a gimbals 23, by lead wires 19. る効果があり、生産性の向上に寄与するところ大である
