【考案の詳細な説明】 従来のラップ紙揃え装置としては、紙折機構から直接に
揃え送り台に排紙させる機構に係るものであるから、単
に紙折りされただけの折紙は直ぐに後方が開放状となっ
てしまい、その結果、そのラップ状態は著しく不揃いに
なりがちである(第4図参照)し、更に又、下重ねラッ
プの場合には、上紙に対し次順の下紙が下から進入する
に際して、上紙を押上げる状態でラップ進入しなければ
ならないために、下紙は上紙から相当の抵抗摩擦を付与
されるので、上紙裏面に対する下紙の進入前進が当然に
抑制されて、このため、スッキリした整然たる下重ねラ
ップが起らず、特に大きいサイズの薄紙等にあっては、
その腰が弱いため、このような不正常なラップを生じ易
く、従って、従来の揃え装置は、排紙折紙を揃え送り台
で揃え終った後において、その不揃いラップの折紙群を
別の場所に運んで、特殊なプレス装置にかけて再度−々
プレス加工させるという面倒な作業工程を必須としてい
る欠点がある。

別個所での特別なプレス加工々程を省略せしめて、省力
化を確実ならしめる上に、各種紙折装置の排紙部に対し
て自由便利にドツキングすることができることを目的と
するものであり、本考案の実施例を図面に付で説明する
と次のとおりである。

調節機構を装備し且つ小車11を取付けて移動自在とす
る運搬台機構12に載置定着して、挾送プレスローラー
5,6機構を揃え送り台9機構とユニットにして構成す
るものである。
