    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 手動変速機のシンクロメツシュ機構に備えられ、カップ
    リングスリーブに伴って移動してボークリングを押圧し
    、このボークリングとクラッチギヤ間のコーン面に摩擦
    抵抗を与えることにより、互いに噛み合わせようとする
    ２つのギヤ間の同期作用を行なわせるようにしたインサ
    ートキーにおいて、インサートキーの周方向幅を決定す
    る幅寸法を有する帯状板を折曲して、インサートキーの
    軸方向の外側形状を形出することにより形成したことを
    特徴とするシンクロメツシュ機構のインサートキー。
