It must be supported in some way. For example, based on the developed stator winding diagram shown in FIG. 1 according to the conventional example, the stator core shown in FIG. 2 according to the conventional example, and the vertical cross-sectional view of the end of the stator winding,
is a stator frame, the stator core 2 is laminated on the inner periphery of the stator frame l, and the winding end 4 protruding from the end surface of the laminated core presser plate 3 is made of a plurality of wire sets. It is necessary to bundle the strands together and to support the winding end 4 itself. In this example, 5 locations shown in the figure are bound with binding material.

Another method is to remove the outer periphery of each winding end 4 (provide a coil support JJ6, tie each winding end 4 to this coil support 6 using a binding material, and then A method of bundling and supporting each winding end 4 was also adopted. Furthermore, a method has also been adopted in which the coil support element 6 is fixed to a fixed object. In any case, the members used for this type of binding are desired to have high strength and long life, since the rotating electric machine itself cannot generally be inspected internally on a daily basis.

A cord or dezo was used.

It had the disadvantage of not being able to do anything.

The figure is a developed view of a stator winding according to a conventional example, and Fig. 2 is a vertical cross-sectional view of the stator core and the end of the stator winding of a conventional example. As shown in the figure, the winding protrudes from the stator core 2. In order to prevent the end portion 4 and the lead portion 7 from swinging due to the swirling flow (arrow) or flow of water or liquid 9 generated by the rotation of the rotor 8, the head portion of the winding end portion 4 is wrapped in a binding material 5. It binds together and increases rigidity. A non-fibrous material was selected as the binding material used in this case. That is, as shown in the perspective view of FIG. 3 according to an embodiment of the present invention, a thin insulated wire 1O is used, in which a core wire (copper or other conductive metal) 10a is coated with an insulation coating (vinyl chloride, polyethylene, rubber, etc.) 10b. there was. In addition, a plurality of core wires 11a (of the same material as in FIG. 3) as shown in the perspective view of FIG. 4 according to an embodiment of the present invention are lined up and insulated (the material is the same as in FIG. 3). 11
A flat cable 11 coated with b may also be used. All of them are commercially available products and can be easily obtained. Experience and experimental results using this material have confirmed that it has much longer lifespan than fiber-based binding systems.
