Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 １５本発明は、診断業務に使用される、例へば血液見本
封入用の容器に関するものである。
此種容器は特に密封性を重視されるが、従来使用されて
いる容器は、いずれも密封性が充分と云えないものであ
つた。
２０本発明はこの様な要望を充足出来る容器を提供せん
とするものである。
以下に本発明容器を添付図面につき説明すると、図面に
おいて１は例へばポリスチレン等の硬質合成樹脂を材料
として作られた管状の容器本体で、２５上方を開口する
と共に上端縁を内債Ｗに向け傾斜した補助斜角面１１に
成形し、且つ上部外面には雄ねじ６を形成した構成に作
られている。
上記容器本体１には、例へばポリエチレン等の弾性材料
で作られたねじ蓋２が着脱自在に螺合さ３０れており、
このねじ蓋２は分厚な環状周壁２ａを有すると共にこの
周壁２ａの下部を下方に開口する環状溝２ｂで内外２重
に区分した構成であり、これによつて形成された外側の
スリーブ部４にはその下部に上記容器本体１の雄ねじ６
と螺合する３５雌ねじ５が形設されている。
上記ねじ蓋２の環状溝２ｂの内側には上記容器本体１の
開口部に密合する様作られた栓状や差しＩＱヨー口状の
筒状蓋部３が形成され、この蓋部３の上部は環状周壁２
ａに連続するブリツジ部７に形成される一方容器本体１
の開口部と対向する中央部分は例へばドーム型に成形さ
れた弾性隔壁１２に形成されている。
上記ブリツジ部７はその下面側が上記容器本体１の補助
斜角面１１に密接する様な斜面部１０に成形されており
、この斜面部１０は蓋部３の上端から上外方に傾斜する
と共に容器本体１側の補助斜角面１１と傾斜角が異る様
、例へば補助斜角面１１の傾斜角より小さい傾斜角に作
られている。
更に又上記蓋部３の胴部には外方へ突出する環状の補助
圧着部１３が突設されると共に蓋部３の下端周縁部には
該部より外方へ張出す環状圧着部１４が形成されており
、この環状圧着部１４は環状溝２ｂ内に液体が溜らない
様に上面側を傾斜させて形成する事が望ましい。上記ス
リーブ部４の下縁８は蓋部３の下端９より下方にあり、
又スリーブ部４の上縁は蓋部３の上端より上方にある。
本発明容器はこの様なものであるから、ねじ蓋２を容器
本体１に螺合帽着すると、環状圧着部１４が容器本体１
の内壁に圧接すると共にこの環状圧着部１４が弾性隔壁
１２の有する変歪に対する弾性抵抗力によつて容器本体
１の内壁面え強固に且つ確実に圧接せしめられる利点が
あり、又ブリツジ部７が補助斜角面１１に対し密に圧接
し、これによつて可撓性シールを形成する事が出来る利
点もある。
更に又、本発明容器は、ねじ蓋２が分厚な周壁２ａを備
えていて、この周壁２ａを環状溝２ｂで区分する事によ
りスリーブ部４とブリツジ部７、従つて筒状蓋部３とを
形成したものであるから、ねじ蓋２に大きな強度を持た
せる事が出来ると同時にブリツジ部７の肉厚を薄くして
その可撓性を良くする事が出来る利益があり、従つてね
じ蓋２の周壁２ａを摘んでの取付け取外しが容易である
と共に可撓性シール効果を大きく出来ると云う効果があ
る。

添付図面は本発明容器の実施例を示す縦断正面図である
。 図中１は容器本体、２はねじ蓋、３は筒状蓋部、４はス
リーブ部、７はブリツジ部、１０は斜面部、１１は補助
斜角面、１２は弾性隔壁、１４は環状圧着部を示す。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 開口部上端縁を内側に向け傾斜せしめて補助斜角面
    を形成すると共に上部外面には雄ねじを形設した容器本
    体と、この容器本体の開口部に螺合帽着されるねじ蓋と
    を備え、上記ねじ蓋は分厚な環状周壁を有すると共にそ
    の下部を下方開口の環状溝により内外２重に区分して、
    これにより外側スリーブ部と内側の筒状蓋部とを形成し
    、上記外側スリーブ部には上記容器本体の雄ねじと螺合
    する雌ねじを形成し、上記筒状蓋部はその上部を上記環
    状周壁に連続するブリッジ部に形成すると共に中央部分
    を弾性隔壁に作つて構成し、上記筒状蓋部の下端外面に
    は環状圧着部を突設すると共に上記ブリッジ部はその下
    面側を上記容器本体の補助斜角面に密接する斜面部に作
    り、上記ねじ蓋を上記容器本体に帽着した時に上記斜面
    部が上記補助斜角面に密着して可撓性シールを形成する
    と同時に、上記環状圧着部が上記弾性隔壁のその変歪に
    対する弾性抵抗によつて容器本体の内壁に圧接せしめら
    れる様に構成した事を特徴とするねじ蓋付き容器。
