Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate excellently a noise and a flicker in still reproduction at low cost by switching head pairs in a still picture and switching the amounts of delay for a pseudo vertical synchronizing signal on the basis of a large/small rate decision. を切換える遅延量切換回路と、静止画像におけるRアジ
マス画像部とLアジマス画像部との比率を判別する大小
比率判別回路とを備え、静止画像再生時に、前記切換手
段に基づき画面中にてヘッド出力を切換えると共に、前
記大小比率判別回路の出力により前記遅延量切換回路を
制御する構成としたものである。
