Claims (9)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　足が挿入されるシェルと、脚を心地よく合わ
    せるために前記シェルに回動自在に取付けられたカラー
    とを備え、前記シェルは前記カラーの動きを制限する外
    向きの水平な第１のシェル突起を後部に備えたスキー靴
    において、 前記カラーは、前記第１のシェル突起に平行ぞあると共
    に置かれるカラー突起を内向きに備え、 前記シェルは、前記カラーが同シェル上に移動した時に
    前記カラー突起に協働し載置し得る衝撃吸収材を背後に
    備えていることを特徴とするスキー靴。
  2. （２）前記第１のシェル突起は、使用者のくるぶしを通
    過する水平面に配置されることを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載のスキー靴。
  3. （３）前記衝撃吸収材は、使用者のアキレス朧のレベル
    で前記シェルに結合される小さな波状の一体成型の舌で
    あることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項あ
    るいは第２項記載のスキー靴。
  4. （４）　　前記衝撃吸収材は、前記シェルの後部に取付
    けられた一群の変形し得る一体成型の薄板であり、これ
    ら薄板が各々前記カラー突起に平行で前記カラーの内方
    向に形成された一群のカラー突起に協働することを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項あるいは第２項記
    載のスキー靴。
  5. （５）前記シェルは、前記第１のシェル突起に平行な第
    ２のシェル突起を外向きに備え、この第２のシェル突起
    を前記カラー突起との間には前記衝撃吸収材が収納され
    る室が形成されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項あるいは第２項記載のスキー靴。
  6. （６）　　前記衝撃吸収材は、低ヒステリシス特性を有
    する弾性体であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第５項記載のスキー靴。
  7. （７）前記衝撃吸収材は、前記シェルの後部の形に居心
    地よく取付けるための両端部まで湾曲しているテーパ状
    の室内タイルのような形状であり、前記シェルから前記
    カラ一方向に穴明けされていることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第６項記載の支キー靴。
  8. （８）　　前記衝撃吸収材には、前記カラー突起、第２
    のシェル突起に各々平行な平板と、前記衝撃吸収材を予
    め圧縮する手段とを備えたことを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第６項記載のスキー靴。
  9. （９）　　前記衝撃吸収材には、前記カラー突起、第２
    のシェル突起に各々平行な平板と、前記衝撃吸収材を予
    め圧縮する手段とを備えたことを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第７項記載のスキー靴。 ａｌ　足が挿入されるシェルと、脚を心地よく合わせる
    ために前記シェルに回動自在に取付けられたカラーとを
    備え、前記シェルは前記カラーの動きを制限する外向き
    の水平な第１のシェル突起を後部に備えたスキー靴にお
    いて、 前記第１のシェル突起は、使用者のくるぶしを通過する
    水平面に配置され、 前記カラーは、前記第１のシェル突起に平行であると共
    に載置し得るカラー突起を内向きに備え、 前記シェルは、前記第１のシェル突起に平行な第２のシ
    ェル突起を外向きに備え、この第２のシェル突起と前記
    カラー突起との間には前記衝撃吸収材が収納される室が
    形成されることを特徴とする射出成型のプラスチックか
    ら作られるスキー靴。 αυ前記衝撃吸収材は、低ヒステリシス特性を有する弾
    性体であり、前記シェルの後部の形に居心地よく取付け
    るために両端部まで湾曲しているテーパ状の室内タイル
    のような形状であり、前記シェルから前記カラ一方向に
    穴明けされていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１０項記載のスキー靴。
