ポートを前記第一の作動機構に−1且つ該第三の負圧切
換スイッチの作動側ポートを前記第二の作動機構に、゛
それぞれ接続せしめると共に、該第−の負圧切換スイッ
チの第三ポートと該第三の負圧切換スイッチの第三ポー
トと該第二の負圧切換スイッチの作動側ポートとを接続
