Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 放電々極部が多数の直列に並んだ針状電極とこれに対向
した板状或は管状電極で形成され、該放電々極部の延長
上に光共振器があり、また該放。 電々極部をど直交す芯方向からレーザ媒質ガスが送風さ
れ循還する構成をとるガスフロー型レーザ装置において
、針状電極の内の１個或は複数個の入力電流値を検出す
る回路を設は該入力電流値が正常値より変動した場合に
電源スィッチが切断され′るよう回路構成したことを特
徴とするガスレーザ装置の保護機構。
