。 図中、２は固定部材、１０は多孔質軸受体、１１は多孔
質体、ｌｌａは多孔質体の反軸受面、１１ｂは多孔質体
の端面、１２は間挿部材、１４は気体室、２０は突起部
、２２は嵌入部である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 環状多孔質体の両側端面と反転受面の両側の外周縁部と
    に、内面に突起部もしくは陥入部が形成された間挿部材
    を、それぞれ多孔質体の素材と拡散接合させて一体に固
    着し、該多孔質体の反軸受面の中央に間挿部材で挾まれ
    た気体室を形成して多孔質軸受体を構成し、該多孔質軸
    受体を間挿部材を介して固定部材に嵌合したことを特徴
    とする静圧形多孔質気体軸受。
