Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform multilayer molding while completely eliminating flashes, by a method wherein a thermosetting resin is primarily molded, and with the thus molded article fitted to a core, flashes are removed by resin-made brushes being moved while rotating, and then a thermoplastic resin is secondarily molded to be laminated on the molded article. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting resin is primarily molded, and in the condition wherein the thus molded article X is fitted to the core 2, the flashes Y of the article X are removed by the resin-made brushes 7, 11 being moved while rotating. Thereafter, a thermoplastic resin is secondarily molded to be laminated on the article X. Accordingly, generation of defective products can be prevented by removing the flashes Y by the brushes 7, 11 without damaging a rotary mold 1, and the removal of the flashes Y can be achieved even in the condition wherein the molding temperature is maintained to be high by stopping compressed air. In addition, multilayer molding can be conducted with an easy molding operation.
