Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）制御用トランジスタと、この制御用トランジスタ
    のオン・オフ動作を制御するオン・オフ制御回路を形成
    する、第１のトランジスタおよびこの第１のトランジス
    タの出力を反転する第２の、トランジスタと、前記制御
    用トランジスタの出力回路と前記第１のトランジスタの
    コレクタとの間に接続されたダイオードとを備えた定電
    圧回路に於いて、前記オン・オフ制御回路が、短絡すべ
    き分布抵抗の値に応じて前記第２のトランジスタのエミ
    ッタまたはベースに前記第２のトランジスタをオフする
    バイアス電圧を与え“　るバイアス回路を有する定電圧
    回路。
  2. （２）前記バイアス回路が、前記第２のトランジスタの
    エミッタを接地間に接続された定電圧発生部を含む実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の定電圧回路。
  3. （３）前記バイアス回路が、前記第１のトランジスタの
    コレクタと前記ダイオードの接続点における電圧を分圧
    して前記第２のトランジスタのベースに導く回路手段を
    含む実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の定電圧回路。
