グの周溝からのずれを防止する凹部を複数個新設けであ
るから、このバッキングを蓋体の周溝へ圧嵌させた後、
蓋体を容体の開口縁へ嵌め、更にこの蓋体に設けた加圧
摘みの回動により昇降杆の両端を容体の承部へ係止して
蓋体を圧押し周溝に装着したバッキングを容体の開口縁
へ圧着させた場合、バッキングに形出させた凹部がバッ
キングの変形圧を吸収するので、バッキングの変形に伴
って之れが周溝よりずれ出たり或いは前のめり現象(バ
ッキングが周溝に馴染まずバッキングが周溝より部分的
、又は全体的にはみ出る現象)を生じたりすることはな
く、周溝へ良く馴染んで、バッキングは容体の開口縁へ
均一、且確実に圧接するから、従来のものの様に蓋体の
圧嵌によりバッキングが変形し周溝よりずれ出たり、は
み出たりして気密低下を生ずることはなく、バッキング
の効果を充分に発揮し、蓋体の圧嵌時バッキングの外れ
、前のめり現象による蒸気洩れに伴う不確実な調理を特
徴とする特有の効果を示し、又、バッキングは蓋体に附
設した圧力調整弁より内部圧力に耐え得る構成となって
いるので、煮沸時容体の内部圧が高くなって放気すると
きは、予め圧力を所定に調整した圧力調整弁により自動
的に放気させるものであるが、その際圧力調理弁に目詰
りを生じ所定の内気圧に達したときは、蓋体に圧嵌させ
た本考案のバッキングが容体内の蒸気圧と相俟って舌状
の密閉片を変形させて蒸気を放出させるもので゛あるか
