Conventionally, tiles are temporarily attached to the concrete formwork side in advance, and tiles are attached at the same time as the concrete is poured. The use of so-called unit tiles, which are pre-installed in factories, etc., has been significant.

However, in construction using unit tiles, the common thing is that the unit tiles are manufactured based on the design drawings at the design stage, or the unit tiles are manufactured to extremely uniform sizes. It is difficult to control on-site due to errors in construction and inability to adapt to the diversity of dimensions, shapes, etc. on-site, and it is very time-consuming to install tiles by pouring, requiring many people to bury the tiles on-site. there were.

Among the above unit materials, in the case of styrofoam boards, it is necessary to securely hold the tiles and fix the position, so simply installing tiles on a board cannot withstand vibrations during concrete pouring. It has also been proposed to form a recess in the body for inserting the tile and to fit the tile into the recess in advance (see, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 1973-19016), but since the dimensions of the tiles vary widely,
It has the drawback that it is difficult to enter, and there are gaps around the tile, resulting in insufficient tile retention.

In addition, in the case of units that hold tiles using vinyl chloride sheets (for example, see Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-10854), there is a problem in disposing of the remaining material after use, and especially when manufacturing sheets by pouring, the thickness and other dimensions of the unit material are In addition to the lack of uniformity in the tile finish, which could lead to poor tile finishes, it took time to finish at the factory, and the market price was high.

Furthermore, with unit materials made of rubber mats, the tiles are held only at the joints, so tile retention is insufficient.
Repair work required after the concrete has fallen is troublesome, and the cost of the rubber itself is high, making it uneconomical.

Furthermore, as a custom-made unit tile, in the case of a unit tile that is made of plywood as a unit material, the tiles are temporarily attached according to the blueprint and joints are filled between the tiles, which requires a lot of work to make into units. In particular, during on-site construction, it is necessary to accurately arrange the unit tiles, etc., which requires the on-site management of many people, and is not economical because it cannot be transferred to other sites.

Therefore, in this invention, in order to eliminate the drawbacks and inconveniences of the conventional tiling construction using various unit tiles mentioned above, we have developed a tiling construction method by placing tiles that can be immediately adapted to the site without making tiles into units. The construction method of the present invention is to attach a temporary adhesive sheet, which is made by forming an adhesive layer on both sides of a flexible elastic sheet having a layered body capable of regulating expansion and contraction on at least one side, to one concrete formwork. A flexible joint mass sheet that is temporarily attached and that matches the joint spacing of the transfer sheet, which is separately attached to the temporary adhesive sheet and has a peeling part that corresponds to the tile. Pack the adhesive sheet together with the joint mass sheet and attach it to the above temporary adhesive sheet with the peeled side facing inward.
Next, the transfer sheet is peeled off from the temporary adhesion sheet to leave only the flexible joint mass sheet having grids of tile-sized spaces sequentially on the temporary adhesion sheet, and then the flexible joint mass sheet is separated from the temporary adhesion sheet. Insert the tiles one by one into the squares and adhere them to the temporary adhesive sheet, then pour concrete between the tiles and the other concrete formwork behind the tiles, and after the tiles are fixed to the concrete, the tile surface The concrete formwork on the side is removed and the temporary adhesive sheet is peeled off from the tile surface together with the flexible joint massing sheet.

Fill the joint spacing 32 of 0 with flexible joint mass sheets 40 (step [3]), and place them on the above temporary adhesive sheet 20 with the peeled part 33 side of the transfer sheet 30 facing inwards. After adhesion (step [4]), the transfer sheet 30 is peeled off from the temporary adhesive sheet 20, and only the flexible joint mass sheet 40, which sequentially has grids 42 of tile-sized spaces, is attached to the temporary adhesive sheet 2.
The transfer is completed by leaving it at 0 (step [5] and FIG. 2).

The present invention relates to a tiling construction method as described above, and since it is a construction method that uses an elastic sheet as a temporary adhesive sheet, the temporary adhesive state of the tiles is good and the expansion and contraction is restricted on at least one side. Since the layered body 22 has a flexible sheet 21, it is suitable for preventing the entire temporary sheet 20 from sagging due to the weight burden when temporarily installing tiles. In particular, if a thin layer of metal such as aluminum is used as the layered body 22, the adhesive layer 23 can be easily formed and it can be heat resistant to the curing heat of concrete, making it suitable.

Next, separately from the temporary adhesion sheet, the joint spacing is increased, and a joint massing sheet that matches the joint spacing of the transfer sheet with a peeling part corresponding to the tile is filled with the joint spacing, and the joint massing sheet is rolled together with the joint massing sheet. Since this is a construction method in which the adhesive sheet is adhered to the temporary adhesive sheet with its peeled part facing inward, even if a flexible and elastic sheet is used as the joint massing sheet 40, it will not work on the tiles of the adhesive sheet. Since the squares 42 of the joint mass sheet are prevented from being deformed by the correspondingly sized peeling portion 33, it is possible to easily and accurately adhere the joint mass sheet 40 to the temporary adhesive sheet 20, and it is possible to stick it stably. Once attached, the joint mass sheet can reliably maintain the space for tile insertion even after the transfer sheet is removed.

In addition, since a flexible and elastic sheet is used as the joint massing sheet 40, the joint massing sheet can be expanded and contracted to accommodate dimensional errors in the tiles when inserting the tiles 50. In addition, after the tile is fixed to the concrete, it can be easily removed together with the temporary adhesive sheet without damaging the surface of the tile.

In addition, temporary attachment sheets 20 and transfer sheets 30 are used for construction.
Both of the joint mass sheets 40 and 40 are sheet-shaped and can be rolled up, making them easy to handle and use, and this invention using these is particularly suitable for tiling around windows or complex construction areas. .

In addition, as mentioned above, this construction uses a transfer sheet separately from the temporary sheet, so it is possible to ensure a very reliable tiling that corresponds to the site situation. It is possible to achieve reliable tiling without being affected by the rough removal of tiles, and there is no floating of tiles or flowering phenomenon (hanatare).Furthermore, it is a method that can be installed satisfactorily even by unskilled construction workers, shortening the construction period and This invention can help reduce construction costs and is expected to become more widespread in the future.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A temporary sheet made of a bullet sheet having a layered material capable of regulating expansion and contraction on at least one side, with adhesive layers on both sides, is temporarily attached to one concrete formwork. Separately from the temporary adhesive sheet, increase the joint spacing and fill the joint spacing of a transfer sheet with a peeling part that corresponds to the tile with a flexible joint mass sheet that matches this. Then, attach the transfer sheet together with the joint mass sheet to the above temporary bonding sheet with the peeled side facing inwards, and then peel off the above transfer bonding sheet from the temporary bonding sheet. After leaving only the flexible joint mass sheet having grids of tile-sized spaces in sequence on the temporary fixing sheet, tiles are sequentially inserted into the squares of the flexible joint mass sheet and the temporary fixing sheet is After that, concrete is poured between the tile and the other concrete formwork behind the tile, and after the tile is fixed to the concrete,
A tiling construction method characterized by removing the concrete formwork on the tile surface side and peeling off the temporary adhesive sheet from the tile surface together with the joint mass sheet. 2. A method according to claim 1, in which a foamed synthetic resin sheet is used as a flexible sheet among the elastic sheets in the temporary adhesive sheet, and a thin layer of metal such as aluminum is used as a layered material that can regulate expansion and contraction. Tile construction method. 3. The tiling construction method according to claim 1, in which a flexible joint massing sheet is made of a foamed sheet made of polyurethane resin.
