    トの接続された出力トランジスタとを有し、前記ディプ
    リーション型電界効果トランジスタのゲートを接地端子
    、前記エンハンスメント電界効果トランジスタのゲート
    を基準電圧センス端子、前記出力トランジスタのソー不
    を基準電圧フォース端子、ドレイン基準電流出力端子に
    接続した基準電流源回路。
