である角材の上下に貫通することがないため、即ち、横
臥材の上面から略315〜415の深さに本案の連結部
材7が挿入される穴を穿ち、且つ横臥材の両側にボルト
が貫通される通孔を穿設するだけのために、基礎コンク
リート上に横臥された角材のように、上下に貫通孔に設
けることができない場合に、極めて有効に、しかも強力
