passes between the paper guide 4 and the paper guide B5, is pressed by the paper feed roller 3 and the paper presser roller 7, passes between the ink ribbon 13 and the printing roller 14, and comes out of the frame 1. . When the type 11 is selectively stopped at the printing position and the printing roller 14 presses the type 11 via the ink ribbon 16 and the printing paper 16, characters are printed on the printing paper 16. After this, the paper feed shaft 2 If you rotate the paper by a predetermined angle, printing paper 1

In addition, in order to freely pull out the printing paper 16 back and forth, rotate the release lever 9 in the direction of the arrow, and rotate the paper presser lever 6 in the direction of the arrow C, thereby preventing the paper presser roller 7 from being gripped by the paper feed roller 6. Release the printing paper 16 to free it. At this time, if the printing paper 16 is pulled back and forth, it will come out freely.

In such a structure, it is efficient for the direction of the pressing force of the paper pressing roller 7 to face the center of the paper feeding roller 3.
In order to do this, it is desirable that the fulcrum 601 of the paper presser lever be perpendicular to the line passing through the centers of the paper presser roller 7 and the paper feed roller 3. However, this has the drawback that it takes up a lot of space. was there. Further, a release lever 9 is provided to freely pull out the printing paper 16, but this takes up space and increases the number of parts, resulting in an increase in cost. Also, although the printing paper regulating member 17 is designed to have spring properties, if the spring length is not made large, the spring constant will be small and variations in shape will cause a large change in load and the force that presses the printing paper 16 will become stronger. I felt weak. If it became too strong, it would result in an abnormal load when feeding the printing paper 16, and if it became weak, it would not be able to hold down the printing paper 16 enough and it would come into contact with the type ring 10, causing stains.

Furthermore, when assembling the paper feed shaft 2, it is supported by a pair of frames 1, but since the paper feed roller 3, which has a larger diameter than the paper feed shaft 2, is provided in the center, the paper Assembly was difficult because it was necessary to pass the feed shafts 2 through each. Also, in order to solve this difficulty in assembly, it is conceivable to make a long groove in the frame 1 that connects to the hole 107 from the outside, drop the paper feed shaft 2 into it, and support it with a bearing, but in this case too, the number of parts will increase. In addition, the strength of the frame 1 was weakened due to the long grooves. In addition, in such a mechanism, if the paper feed shaft 2 is rotated by the driving force of a motor or the like even though a load is applied to the printing paper 16, the intermediate transmission means, such as gears, may be damaged such as chipping. This often resulted in a loss of reliability.

Also, during long printing due to the pressure of the printing roller 14 on the printing wheel 10, paper dust, fluff, etc. occur, and especially in the lower part between the printing wheel 10 and the printing roller 14, paper dust and fluff occur. If there are parts (for example, electromagnets), paper dust, fluff, etc. can cause malfunctions and reduce reliability.

In this structure, the paper presser roller 26 is attached directly to the paper guide A, and the paper guide is pulled by the spring 35 to obtain the pressing force of the paper presser roller 26, so parts such as the paper presser lever are This eliminates the need for it, reduces the number of parts, and makes it cheaper. In addition, since there is no paper presser lever, it can be made more compact because it can fulfill its functions in a small space. 7 more pieces of printing paper
To do so, it is sufficient to directly push down the paper guide A25, and parts such as a release lever are not required, so it is possible to achieve low cost and miniaturization. Also, when assembling the paper feed shaft 21 to which the paper feed roller 22 is attached, the ink ribbon 32
Assembling is completed by dropping the paper feed shaft 21 through the slot 204 into which it is inserted and bringing it to the 1tlt 201 that will serve as the bearing, so there is no need to go through the trouble of passing the shaft through the hole in the frame, making it very easy to assemble. be. Also this groove 2
04 is essentially a groove in which the interribbon 32 is inserted, so it is absolutely necessary, and since this assembly method does not reduce the strength of the frame, reliability is also improved.

Also, when printing paper 25 is stopped near the entrance to Japan at strong point 1,
When feeding paper, the paper feeding gear 33 and the paper feeding drive gear 34
However, in this device, the bearing part of the paper feed shaft 21 is a groove, so even if a load is applied, the paper feed shaft will not move against the spring force of the spring 35. 21
However, the paper feed gear 33 and the paper feed driving gear 34 are separated from each other by escape along the groove, and the distance between the centers of the paper feed gear 33 and the paper feed drive gear 34 becomes large, thereby preventing damage. This kind of effect is caused by the paper feed shaft 2.
1 and the paper feed roller 22, that is, between the irregularly shaped hole of the rubber paper feed roller 22 and the paper feed shaft 21, which has a groove with an irregular cross-sectional shape. When the printing paper 25 is fixed,
Even if the paper feed shaft 21 rotates, the irregularly shaped hole portion of the rubber paper feed roller is deformed and the irregularly shaped grooves 211 are shifted one by one, and the paper feed gear 33 and the paper feed drive gear 34 are not damaged. It is something that can be prevented. Since the printing paper regulating member 27 is provided with a spring chamber portion 271 in the horizontal direction, both twisting and bending work in this portion, which serves to reduce the spring constant.

Further, the printing paper regulating member 27 has a type ring 28 and a printing roller 31.
The receiver has a bent part 273 that protrudes like a plate at the lower part between the receiver and the receiver, so this part catches the falling paper dust, fluff, etc. that often occurs in the printing area. Furthermore, troubles such as malfunctions caused by paper dust, fluff, etc. in important mechanisms such as electromagnets located below can be avoided.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to make the structure smaller and lower in price by omitting parts such as levers, and it is also possible to achieve reliability without damaging the transmission @ lateral part even if there is an abnormal load on the printing paper. A paper feeding mechanism for a small printer with high performance can be provided. Furthermore, it is possible to create a small printer that is free from troubles caused by paper dust, fluff, etc., and its effects are outstanding.
