Claims

A dielectric coaxial resonator has continuous electrodes on the inner circumferential surface, outer circumferential surface, and one end surface of a cylindrical dielectric. An outer circumferential electrode continuous with the electrode on the outer circumferential surface is provided on the outer periphery of the open end surface of the open end surface, and an inner circumferential surface electrode is provided on the inner circumferential surface. A ring-shaped inner circumferential electrode continuous with the inner circumferential electrode is provided, and a rotor made of a dielectric material is disposed on this open end surface, and the rotor electrode is provided on the upper surface and the conductive electrode is provided on the lower surface, and the conductive electrode is electrically connected to the rotor electrode and the inner circumferential electrode. A dish-shaped spring is placed on top, and a shaft with a driver groove in the head is fitted into the spring, rotor, and dielectric coaxial resonator body, and this shaft and rotor are coupled in the rotation direction, and the spring is free in the rotation direction. A dielectric coaxial resonator is formed by connecting an input/output capacitor to this spring.
