  1. 入力側の変速副軸１Ｂ上に軸方向間隔おいて設けた異径
    伝達ギヤ２１，２２．４１に常時咬合する１個を除く奇
    数個の異径変速ギヤ２４．　２５゜２８を出力側の変速
    軸２０上に相対回転自在に套嵌するとともに、前記変速
    ギヤ２４．　２５．　２８のうち最低速ギヤ２８を除く
    変速ギヤ２４．２５はシフタ２６を介して変速軸２０に
    係脱自在とされ、最低速ギヤ２Ｂは変速軸２０上にワン
    ウェイクラッチ２９を介して設けられ）該ワンウェイク
    ラッチ２９は前記シフタ２６を中立にしたときのみに変
    速軸２０に係合することを特徴とする変速装置。
