[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a pallet container used for storing and transporting required articles. When the pallet container is in use with the above-mentioned articles stored inside, the pallet container is arranged like a rack in multiple upper and lower stages. To provide a pallet container that can be stacked and also allows such pallet containers to be compactly stacked vertically in a nested manner when not in use.

Conventionally, pallet containers of this type have been designed to be compactly stacked in a nested manner when not in use, but these have had some problems in terms of manufacturing, strength, and use.

For example, in the pallet containers disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 52-56860, in order to stack these containers in a nested manner, the distance between the horizontal frames on both sides of the upper part is made wider than the width of the lower frame. The ends of the horizontal frame are bent outward, and the width of the bent part widens the distance between the two horizontal frames.

Naturally, this requires a process for accurately bending the ends of the horizontal frame during manufacturing, which increases manufacturing costs, and stress is applied to the bent portions due to the strength, which may lead to breakage.

Furthermore, for example, in the pallet container disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 5O-12Q725, the upper end of the front strut is bent inward as a means for storing each pallet container in a nested manner. It has the same drawbacks as the conventional example, and in particular, in this conventional example, the upper ends of the pillars are bent inward, and the opposing distance between the left and right upper horizontal frames connected to these pillars is adjusted to the width of the lower underframe. Because it is narrower, when storing each pallet container in a nested manner, the upper pallet container must be stored horizontally facing the front support with respect to the lower pallet container, making the storage work difficult. The problem is that it is extremely troublesome.

The present invention focuses on the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and its main purpose is to provide a nested pallet container with a relatively simple structure without bending any of the members constituting the pallet container. The object of the present invention is to provide a pallet container that allows cargo to be reliably and easily loaded onto the pallet container and that does not cause the cargo to collapse.

Further, between the upper horizontal frames 11, 11 and the side frames 2a, 2a of the underframe 2, there are short columns 3a and 3b, and a reinforcing column 12 for preventing load collapse, which is thinner than the vertical column at a substantially intermediate position between 3C and 3d. 12, the upper ends of these reinforcing columns 12.12 are fixed to the inner surfaces of the upper horizontal frames 11, 11, and the lower ends are attached to the underframe 2.
The reinforcing columns 12, 12 are connected in abutting and fixed manner to the outer surfaces of the reinforcing columns 12, 12, and are arranged in an oblique position such that their upper ends are inclined outward as seen in FIG.

If the upper and lower pallet containers A and A2 are pushed in this way, the upper and lower pallet containers A and A2 will be properly stacked vertically in a rack-like manner without positional deviation due to the fitting structure between the lid opening and the receiving lower, and even if an external force is applied in the direction of sideways sliding, the pallet containers A ,, the relative vertical overlapping posture of A2 is correctly positioned and the pallet container A4.

Although the load is applied to the side, the above-mentioned load is well supported by the short struts connected in a straight line as described above, and the stacking posture is stabilized and the strength thereof is strong.

Furthermore, each of the individual short columns 3a to 3d is not only simply fixed to the underframe 2, but also the bracket 4 is fixed to the short column 3 as described above.
Since it is connected and reinforced across a to 3d and the underframe 2, it is strong and strong, and as mentioned above, the pallet container A
Even if a large number of A2 and A2 are stacked in a rack,
Furthermore, due to the stacking, the load of the upper pallet container A2 acts on the lower pallet I and container A1 in sequence, but no problem occurs in terms of strength.

In each pallet container A, the presence of the reinforcing columns 12.12 effectively prevents the articles stored therein from collapsing, and the short columns 3a to 3d and the upper horizontal frames 11, 11 are supported by the reinforcing columns 12.12. 12, the pallet container A is robust, and as mentioned above, the pallet container A
The posture when stacked in multiple stages in the form of a rack is stabilized.

In each pallet container A, as mentioned above, the upper horizontal frame 11
, 11 and the side frames 2a, 2a of the underframe 2.Since the reinforcing columns 12.12 that connect the side frames 2a, 2a of the underframe 2 are arranged in an oblique position that tilts outward toward the upper end, this pair of reinforcing columns 12.12 has a downwardly concave shape. Therefore, when an article is stored inside the pallet container A from above, the article is stuck to the reinforcing column 12.12.
It is guided by the inclination of the frame 2 and placed correctly on the underframe 2.

In addition, for each pallet container A, short supports 3a, 3b, 3C
and 3d are connected by upper horizontal frames 11, 11,
Since a, 3C, 13b, and 3d are not connected by the upper horizontal frame, the front and rear surfaces of the pallet container A are open, and articles can be taken in and out from either side of the front or rear surface.

Therefore, when, for example, a designated article is to be stacked and stored on the underframe 2 of the pallet container A, or when it is to be taken out, the carrying-in/out operation can be carried out from both sides of the pallet container A, which is convenient.

The upper pallet container A2 may be pushed into the lower pallet container A1 from above.

In each pallet container A, as described above, the side frame 2a of the underframe 2 is
The short columns 3a to 3d and reinforcing columns 12.12 are attached to the outer side of the upper horizontal frames 11, 11.
3d, the opening width between the upper horizontal frames 11 and 11 of the pallet container A is wider than the width d of the underframe 2, so the upper pallet container If A2 is pushed into the lower pallet container A1, the upper pallet container A2 will be transferred to the lower pallet container A without any problem.

In addition, when the pallet containers are stacked in a nested manner as described above, the upper pallet container A2 has its short supports 3b and 3d.
Since the leg portions 5 and the leg portions 13 of the reinforcing frame 12.12 abut on the underframe 2 of the lower pallet container A1, the stacked position shown in FIG. 5 is stabilized.

As described above, the unique effects of the present invention are that the short supports 3a to 3d are erected and fixed at the front and back positions on both sides of the rectangular frame-shaped underframe 2, respectively, against the outer surface of the underframe 2, and The upper horizontal frames 11, 1 have the upper ends of the short supports 3a to 3d pressed against both outer sides of the frame 2 on both sides of the frame 2.
1 are connected to each other, so the upper horizontal frame 11 on both sides
, 11 is widened by at least the thickness of the short columns, and the upper pallet container can be stored in the lower pallet container from above without any bending of the upper horizontal frame 11 or the short columns 3a to 3d. This is extremely advantageous in terms of manufacturing and strength.

Furthermore, in the present invention, the inner surface of the upper horizontal frame 11 and the outer surface of the underframe 2 are connected to the reinforcing column 1 for preventing load collapse, which is thinner than the short column.
2, these reinforcing columns 12 are inclined outward from the upper side columns and stand upright in a lower depression. When storing cargo in a pallet container from above, these reinforcing columns 12. The reinforcing columns 12 can be easily and accurately loaded onto the underframe 2 by being guided by the reinforcing columns 12.
.. 12 to reliably prevent the cargo from collapsing.
