DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an improvement in a connecting device for connecting external wall panels and floor panels on upper and lower floors.

Conventionally, when connecting the exterior wall panels and floor panels of the upper and lower floors, the exterior wall panels 8 and 7 of the upper and lower floors and the floor panel 6 are connected using a substantially U-shaped metal fitting 11, as shown in FIG. It was connected.

However, in this conventional example, the wall thickness of the floor panel 6 and the length of the vertical piece of the U-shaped metal fitting 11 are almost equal, and the upper end of the outer wall panel 7 on the lower floor and the lower surface of the floor panel 6 are in the same position. As a result, the ceiling edge 9 and the ceiling board 1 are placed under the floor panel 6.
2, the ceiling height will be lower than the structure of the outer wall panel γ on the lower floor, and in order to secure the ceiling height, the outer wall panel 7 on the first floor
There is a drawback that the space between the floor panel 6 and the ceiling edge 9 must be made large, and the floor panel 6 and the ceiling edge 9 either have direct contact or there is almost no gap, which not only makes wiring etc. difficult.
The drawback was that the heat insulation and sound insulation properties were poor.

このため床パネル6の肉厚を薄くすることも考えられる

For this reason, it is possible to reduce the wall thickness of the floor panel 6, but if the wall thickness of the floor panel 6 is made thinner, the sides of the floor panel 6 act as a kind of beam, so making it thinner will not improve the strength of the wall. There was a problem above.

The present invention was devised in view of the above points, and its purpose is to increase the height of the vertical piece of the joint hardware to be longer than the wall thickness of the floor panel, thereby reducing the thickness of the outer wall panel on the lower floor. A large gap can be formed between the floor panel and the ceiling edge without having to make it very thick, and this gap allows wiring to be routed through the attic and into the exterior wall panel on the lower floor, which also provides insulation and insulation.
It has a sound insulation effect, and even though the height of the vertical piece of the joint metal piece is lengthened, the compressive strength of the joint metal piece is improved by providing a reinforcing vertical piece, so there is no need to reduce the wall thickness of the floor panel. To provide a device for joining external wall panels and floor panels on upper and lower floors, which does not reduce strength.

The floor panel 6 has a structure in which plates 15 such as structural plywood are stretched above and below an outer frame 14 such as channel steel, and a core material 16 such as a honeycomb core is sandwiched between the upper and lower plates 15. A U-shaped end member 17 is fitted and fixed to the side end of the U-shaped frame 14.

Further, the outer wall panels 1 and 8 on the upper and lower floors are joined only by a short joining metal piece 5, and there is a gap between the outer wall panel foot 8 on the upper and lower floors except for the joint part by the short joining metal piece 5.

Here, since the surrounding edge 32 is located at the upper end of the inner side of the outer wall panel γ on the lower floor, the ceiling height can be increased by raising the position of the ceiling board 12 on the lower floor without increasing the height of the outer wall panel 7 on the lower floor. However, since the height of the vertical piece 1 of the joining hardware 5 is longer than the wall thickness of the floor panel 6, the distance between the floor panel 6 and the ceiling edge 9 can be increased, and the floor panel A wide gap 10 is formed between 6 and the ceiling edge 9.

In addition, at this time, the joining hardware 5 is directly mounted and fixed on the outer wall panel γ of the lower floor without placing a head joint as in the conventional method, so that wiring can be done in the part where the joining hardware 5 is not mounted. There is no need to drill an electric wire insertion hole in the head joint as in the past, and there is no need to do troublesome things such as aligning the hole with the through hole of the outer wall panel 70 on the lower floor.

In the present invention, as mentioned above, the height of the vertical piece of the joining hardware is longer than the wall thickness of the floor panel, so it is possible to reduce the wall thickness of the floor panel or to It is possible to widen the gap between the floor panel and the ceiling edge without increasing the size of the space, and this area can be used to run under-ceiling wiring or wiring from the attic to the exterior wall panels on the upper and lower floors. Place the short joining hardware on the lower floor exterior wall panel and fix the lower horizontal piece to the lower floor exterior wall panel, and then place and secure the upper floor exterior wall panel on the upper horizontal piece to attach it to the lower floor exterior wall. The panel and the exterior wall panel on the upper floor are connected only by short joining hardware,
If the parts other than the joints of the short metal fittings are damaged, gaps will be created between the outer wall panels on the upper and lower floors, and the side edges of the floor panels will be fixed to the vertical pieces, and the ceiling edges and floor panels on the lower floor will be connected. Since we created a gap between the panels, we used the gap between the outer wall panels on the upper and lower floors that can be applied to the parts other than the joints using the short metal fittings, and the gap between the ceiling edge and the floor panel on the lower floor to connect the ceiling. Wiring can be routed from the back through the end faces of the exterior wall panels on the upper and lower floors to the inside of the exterior wall panels on the upper and lower floors, and the presence of gaps provides excellent heat and sound insulation effects.
In addition, making the height of the vertical piece of the joint hardware longer than the wall thickness of the floor panel weakens the compression resistance of the joint metal piece, but in this invention, reinforcing vertical pieces are installed between the upper and lower horizontal pieces. Since it is installed upright, it has the advantage of improving compression resistance even though the vertical pieces are long.

Those with vertical strips on both sides, as shown in Figure 6, have better compression resistance, and those with vertical strips on only one side, as shown in Figure 5, have better durability than those in Figure 6. Although the compressive force is inferior, the - side opening makes it easier to perform tasks such as tightening bolts.
