This invention is a further improvement of the heat insulating connection structure of window frames, in which a heat insulating material is attached to the frame material extending along the periphery of the outer frame toward the opening side, and this heat insulating material is attached to the inner frame at the crimping part. In addition to increasing the airtightness by crimping, the outer frame and the inner frame are connected and integrated by using the frame portion and the overhanging portion, and placing the heat insulating material close between them, and at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the frame material. This is intended to provide a heat-insulating connection structure for window frames in double sashes that are firmly and integrally connected to each other by using hard and heat-insulating mounting blocks provided with the mounting blocks. In addition to making it possible to integrate the windows in advance and transport and install them on site, it also makes it easier to handle the double window frames at that time, and in addition, the above-mentioned airtight insulation structure can be reliably maintained. This is how it was done.

Also, the installation is done using the block 14 on the overhanging part 1 of the inner frame.
3 and the frame portion of the outer frame, and a frame connecting portion that is integrally connected to the frame portion of the outer frame, and a crimping portion 13a at the tip of the overhang portion 13, which is fixed to the frame portion 5 in the vicinity of the block.
The inner and outer frames 2 and 3 are strongly integrated with each other due to the interaction with the sandwiched part of the insulation material 6 that is crimped with Frame transportation/
It is easy to handle the frame during installation, the frame does not twist, and it can be fixed to the opening while maintaining the correct frame form, making it easy to accurately install double window frames. .

Further, a mounting block 14 is provided close to the heat insulating material 6, and the block 14 connects and fixes the inner and outer frames 2.3 to each other, and at the same time, the mounting block 14 is inserted into the block 14 and the outer frame 3 from the inner frame 2 side. Since the inner and outer frames 2 and 3 are fixed to the building using the fasteners 15, the inner and outer frames 2 and 3 can be easily and precisely attached to the building, and the installation is free from vibrations caused by opening and closing the rear window. etc. are inner frame 2
Even if the inner and outer frames 2 and 3 are
There is no gap between the heat insulating material 6 and the inner and outer frames 2 and 3, and a good heat insulating effect can be maintained over a long period of time.
