Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid fluctuation of time axis from taking place in the recorded information, by correcting the time axis of a drive signal for a solid-state image pickup element in response to the relative speed between a recording medium and a head. CONSTITUTION:A clock pulse obtained from a clock pulse generator 5 is phase- modulated with an output of a speed error detector 9 at a phase modulator 12 as a time axis correcting means. The phase-modulated clock pulse is amplified at a clock driver 6 and inputted to a CCD 1. A picture signal obtained from the CCD 1 is processed into a television signal at a recording signal processing circuit 2, given to a magnetic head 3 and recorded on a magnetic disc 4. A motor 7 rotating the magnetic disc 4 is controlled with outputs of a phase comparator 8 and the speed error detector 9.

が入力される速度誤差検出器9の出力によって回転速度
