Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, numeral 1 in the figure is an outer box;
It has an opening 2 for taking in and out the dried material almost at the center of the front part, and also has a door 3 for opening and closing the opening 2. Reference numeral 4 denotes a drum rotatably disposed within the outer box 1 in series with the opening 2. Specifically, the drum 4 is a drum which individually closes the cylindrical body 5 and the open openings on both front and rear end surfaces thereof. It consists of a front end plate 6 and a rear end plate 7, of which the fuselage 5 has ventilation holes 8 over almost the entire area.
A large number of holes have been installed. Further, from the approximate center of the rear end plate 7, which is the rear wall of the drum 4, there are a number of hollow ventilation holes 9 in the peripheral wall.
A cylindrical body 9 having a diameter of 1.a is fixed with a screw 10 and protrudes inwardly, and a ventilation hole 11 is provided in a portion covered by the cylindrical body 9 in the center portion of the rear end plate 7. A large number of holes are provided, and the shaft body 12 is provided to protrude rearward. 13 is drum 4
A support plate is installed between both side walls of the outer box 1 at the rear of the drum, on which the shaft 12 is supported via a bearing 14, and an expansion plate is provided between the outer surface of the rear end plate 7 of the drum 4 via a packing 15. An air plate 16 is attached, and an intake duct 17 whose end faces outside the machine is connected to the air expansion plate 16, and a heater 18 is disposed in the duct 17. On the other hand, reference numeral 19 denotes a double-shaft type motor disposed at the lower part of the outer box 1, and a pulley 21 is attached to one side of the rotating shaft together with a cooling fan 20. A belt 22 is stretched between the outer periphery of the womb 4 and the outer periphery of the womb 4. Therefore, in the case of the structure described above, the door 3 is now opened and the material to be dried is put into the drum 4 through the opening 2. Yoi, □,
28 years old 4.7 years
The drum 4 is rotated through the fan 23, and the fan 23 is also rotated. By rotating the fan 230 times, air from outside the machine is sucked in through the intake duct 17 as shown by the arrow in the figure, and the sucked air is then heated by the heater 18 and turned into hot air. Therefore, from then on, the hot air passes from inside the air expansion plate 16 through the ventilation hole 11 into the cylindrical body 9, and from inside the cylindrical body 9, it passes through the ventilation hole 9a in the peripheral wall of this cylindrical body 9 and further into the body of the drum 4. It flows radially within the drum 4 by passing through the ventilation holes 8 . Therefore, at this time, all of the hot air hits the material to be dried at right angles and effectively contacts the material to be dried, which is being stirred while being dispersed in the inner periphery of the body of the drum 4 due to the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the drum 4. In this way, the material to be dried can be dried very efficiently, and the drying time and power consumption can be reduced. In addition, as mentioned above, the hot air that has come into contact with the material to be dried and dried it exits the drum 4 through the ventilation hole 8, passes through the fan casing 24, and is further discharged to the outside through the exhaust duct 27. By the way, there is a drum-type washing machine that doubles as a dryer, which rotates a drum with a porous body to wash, dehydrate, and dry the laundry. At the time, the hot air is supplied from one end of the drum in the axial direction, for example from the rear wall, and for this reason the body of the drum is porous and can be exhausted from six holes. However, the problem is that the hot air does not flow in the radial direction but in a direction intermediate between the radial direction and the axial direction, so that the degree of contact with the material to be dried is small.

In this respect, in the dryer of this embodiment, the hot air is supplied from within the cylindrical body 9 that protrudes inward from approximately the center of the rear wall of the drum 4, that is, from approximately the center of the drum 4. This allows the hot air to flow reliably in the radial direction through the ventilation holes 8 in the body, and therefore, it is possible to dry the items to be dried more efficiently than the conventional drum-type washing machine that also serves as a dryer. It is.

Now, in contrast to the above, FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the cylindrical body is slightly longer in the axial direction than the aforementioned cylindrical body 9, and has a large number of parts on the peripheral wall, excluding the tip. Vent hole 291
Using a cylindrical body 2-9 having a diameter of
Hot air is generated within the cylindrical body 29 by arranging the hot air into the cylindrical body 29 from approximately the center of the rear wall of the outer box 1 through the fin 31 and the heater stand 32. This differs from the above in that it has been made similar to the above, but other than that, especially the flow of hot air, etc. are the same as the above, and in short, the same effects as those described above can be obtained.

On the other hand, FIGS. 3 and 4 show a third embodiment of the present invention, in which the portion of the body of the drum 4 where the ventilation hole 8 exists is shaped into an annular shape fixed to the inner surface of the outer box 1. The casing 33 is enclosed via a packing 3435, and the casing 33 has a connecting duct 36 at its lower part. Heat exchanger 3 with fan casing 37 and connecting duct 58
99, the inlet part 591s of one passage is connected, and the outlet part 59b of one passage of the heat exchanger 39 is connected to the connecting duct 4.
0 to the intake duct 17, and on the other hand, the inlet portion 590 of the other passage, which intersects, for example, with the above-mentioned one passage of the heat exchanger 39, is connected to the marginal air inlet 42 where the filter 41 exists at the bottom of the outer box 1. The outlet portion 39d'l is connected to the fan casing 44 via a connecting duct 43. Further, a pulley 45 is attached to the rotating shaft of the motor 19 together with the pulley 21, and a pulley 49 is attached to a shaft 48 common to the fan 46 in the fan casing 37 and the fan 47 in the fan gauging 44. Belt between 50
is being strung up. Therefore, in this case, when the motor 19 is started, the drum 4 is rotated as described above, and at the same time the pulley 45. Fans 47 and 46 are rotated via the belt 50 and pulley 49, and as the fans 46 rotate, the air in the drum 4 is sucked out from the ventilation hole 8 into the casing 33 and into the connecting duct 36. The cylindrical body 9111 passes through the fan casing 37 and the connection duct 38, further passes through one passage of the heat exchanger 39, and then from the connection duct 40 to the intake duct 17 and the air expansion plate 16.
:ffitsua, cylindrical o, 147101. It flows in the radial direction inside the diaphragm 4 and is again sucked out into the casing 33 through the ventilation hole 8, where it is repeatedly circulated.

On the other hand, due to the rotation of the fan 47, the air gap outside the machine is reduced to the inlet 4.
The air is sucked in from F-2 through the pipe 41, passes through the other passage of the heat exchanger 39, further passes through the connecting duct f-43 and the fan casing 44, and is discharged back to the outside of the machine from an outlet (not shown). In the single-purpose heat exchanger 39, the air inside the drum 4 passing through one passage and the air outside the machine passing through the other passage exchange heat, and therefore the drum 4 which has removed moisture from the dried material The air inside the drum 4 is compressed and its moisture is removed by the heat exchange described above, but at this time, the hot air flowing radially inside the drum 4 and effectively contacting the dried material Since the inner air (9IC) contains that much moisture, condensation occurs even more actively in the heat exchanger 39 section, and thus even in the so-called circulation type dryer, the material to be dried is trapped. It has the remarkable effect of being able to dry efficiently.

An outlet portion 59d of the other passage is connected to the intake duct 17 via the connecting duct 52. Therefore, in this case, the air inside the drum 4 that has passed through one passage of the heat exchanger 39 is discharged to the outside through the exhaust duct 51, and the air outside the machine that has passed through the other passage is discharged to the outside through the connecting duct 52. Finally, the hot air is supplied into the drum 4. However, in the heat exchanger 39 part, the same heat exchange as described above is performed, and at this time, the condensation M heat is further removed from the air in the drum 4, which contains a large amount of moisture as described above, due to its active condensation. A large amount of the air is given to the outside air, and thus it can further contribute to heating the intake air, making it possible to perform a more efficient drying operation.
