Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device capable of cutting the protruded part of a member having a continuous length mechanically from a predetermined position by a method wherein a cutting blade is swingably attached so that it is separated from the protruded part of the member of continuous length at the upper dead point of the running thereof and is moved to approach the covered part of the member of continuous length as it is moved for running.
