Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a stable laser output from a laser device having a shutter for intermittently outputting a laser beam with a simple structure by employing as a reflector the blade part of the shutter at the shutter closing time, adding the reflected beam to an output sensor, and controlling a laser tube so that the output value of the sensor becomes the set value. CONSTITUTION:A shutter 5 is arranged in an optical path of the output beam from a laser tube 1, and when the shutter is closed, all beams 2 are reflected on the reflecting surface 5a. An output sensor 7 is provided in the reflecting optical path, and the output is fed back through a switch 10 and a power source 3 to the tube 1. Simultaneously, a memory cell 11 which is grounded at one end is connected between the switch 10 and the power source 3, and the tube 1 is controlled by the stored information. In this manner, the structure can be simplified without using a beam splitter or the like.
