Description
第１図はこの考案の電子ビーム溶接機の一実施例を示す
構成図、第２図は電流検出部の他の実施例を示す構成図
である。 １はガン、２は被溶接物、３は光ファイバ・コイル、４
は光ファイバ・コード、５は光送信機、６は光受信機、
７は信号処理回路、８はガン制御回路、９は偏光子、１
０は検光子である。なお、各図中、同一符号は同−又は
相当部分を示す。
構成図、第２図は電流検出部の他の実施例を示す構成図
である。 １はガン、２は被溶接物、３は光ファイバ・コイル、４
は光ファイバ・コード、５は光送信機、６は光受信機、
７は信号処理回路、８はガン制御回路、９は偏光子、１
０は検光子である。なお、各図中、同一符号は同−又は
相当部分を示す。
Claims (3)
- （１） 電子ビームを発生するガンと、このガンによ
゛ つて発生されて被溶接物を貫通した電子ビーム
の経路を貫通して配置された光ファイバ・コイル、この
光ファイバ・コイルに一定量の光ハワーを入射させるた
めの光送信機、および前記光ファイバ・コイルから出た
光を検出するための光受信機から構成された電流検出部
と、前記被溶接物を貫通した電子ビーム電流に比例して
前記光ファイバ・コイルのファラデー効果による光の強
度変化で前記電流ビーム電流を制御する制御手段とを備
えたことを特徴とする電子ビーム溶接機。 - （２）電流検出部は、偏波面保存光ファイバから成る光
ファイバ・コイルを有することを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載の電子ビーム溶接機。 - （３） 電流検出部は、真円ファイバから成る光ファ
イバ・コイル並びにこの光ファイバ・コイルの入射側に
設けられた偏光子および前記光ファイバ・コイルの出射
側に設けられた検光子を有することを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電子ビーム溶接機。
