る駆動回路と、PLZT板の温度を検出する温度センサ
と、PLZT板の温度変化に対する前記位相差;rr1

されており、該特性曲線に基づき、前記駆動回路の出力
する印加電圧を前記温度センサで検出したPLZT板の
