複屈折現象を利用して鏡面の反射率を制御する防眩ミラ
ーにおいて、ＰＬＺＴ板内を進む常光線と異常光線との
間にτ１２の位相差を生ずる電圧をＰＬＺＴ板に印加す
る駆動回路と、ＰＬＺＴ板の温度を検出する温度センサ
と、ＰＬＺＴ板の温度変化に対する前記位相差；ｒｒ１
２を与える印加電圧の変化の特性曲線あく予め記憶設定
されており、該特性曲線に基づき、前記駆動回路の出力
する印加電圧を前記温度センサで検出したＰＬＺＴ板の
温度に応じて補正する温度補正回路とを備えたことを特
