Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate a dust collecting filter and to contrive to enhance purification efficiency, by providing at least one fine mesh net having a bubble breaking purpose under tension to the intermediate part between the opening part of a connecting pipe and a liquid level in a water tank constituting a fine dust washing part.
CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal separation chamber 1 has a dust collecting chamber 2 connected to the lower part thereof and a suction pipe 6 opened in a tangential direction is provided to said separation chamber 1. A water tank 3 is parallelly provied in adjacent relation to both chambers and a connecting pipe 11 opened at the upper central part of the centrifugal separation chamber 1 at one end thereof and opened in the vicinity of the bottom part of the water tank at the other end thereof is provided. To the intermediate part between the liquid level (a) of the water tank 3 and the opening 11b of the connecting pipe 11, at least one fine mesh bubble breaking net 20 is provided under tension while a water splash preventing net 21 is provided under tension above the liquid level (a). The interior of the water tank 3 comes to negative pressure by rotating a fan 16 and secondary air in the centrifugal separation chamber 1 is sucked into the water tank 3 through a pipe 11. At this time, gas bubbles floated from the opening 11b are impinged to the bubble breaking net 21 to be divided into small air bubbles which are in turn sufficiently contacted with various solutions to be absorbed and sterilized.
