Hereinafter, the apparatus directly used for carrying out the present invention will be described. A horizontal machine base 1 is provided, and one formwork member 3 is formed on the horizontal surface of the machine base 1 with a space 2 expanding on the side. and the other formwork 5 forming a space 4 facing the formwork 39 space 2 are pivoted at the ends of the same side by pins 6.7 so as to be able to open and close freely in a frog-like manner. When the form elements 3.5 are mutually moved and closed, the spaces 2, 4 are closed.
The machine base 1 is provided with long holes 9 and 10 at both ends thereof located on the closing line of the form elements 3 and 5, and the machine base 1 is configured to close to form a diamond-shaped or other molding chamber 8. A movable plate 13 is slidably provided on the lower surface of the machine base 1 and is mounted on parallel guide rails 11 and 12 and reciprocates along the closing line. Rods 14 and 15 are erected extending from the holes 9 and 10, and the rods 14 extending from the elongated holes 9 on the fulcrum side of the formwork A have a cover that slides on the fulcrum side of the formwork elements 3 and 5. The plate 16 is fixed, slopes 17° and 18 for guiding the rod 15 are diagonally provided on the opposite surfaces of the free ends of the form elements 3 and 5, and racks 19 are mounted on the guide rails 11 at required positions on the lower surface of the movable plate 13.
.. 12, and a pinion 20 that meshes with the rack 19 is pivotally attached to a pinion shaft 21 that is supported on the machine base 1,
A machine is equipped with a nozzle 22 attached to one end of the pinion shaft 21, and before use, the movable plate 13 is set to the initial position by operating the nozzle 22, that is, the rod 15 is set to the initial position. Place the mold snares 3, 5 in a position away from the free ends, and slide the covering plate 16 on the fulcrum side of the form elements 3, 5 to move the form elements 3, 5 around the pins 6.7. The molding chamber 8 is formed by closing the molding chamber 8, and then silica sand is sprinkled on the molding chamber or a waste frame made of vinyl is inserted, and a thermoplastic resin such as epoxy resin is injected into the molding chamber 8 or the waste frame. By pouring a predetermined amount of tile raw material that has been mixed and kneaded with a hardening agent and other compounding agents into the main material, and allowing it to stand for a while until the tile raw material has hardened, the bundle 22 is operated to move the movable plate 13 forward. The cover plate 16 is slid in the extension direction of the fulcrum side of the formwork piece 3.5, and the formwork pieces 3 and 5 are also removed, and the rod 15
is guided between the slopes 17 and 18 of the free ends of the formwork elements 3 and 5, and the formwork elements 3 and 5 are used as pins 6.1 to open naturally, and when silica sand is spread, it is peeled off as it is. The product can be obtained by removing the molding material from the molding chamber, or, if a waste frame is used, taking out the whole waste frame and completely curing it, and then removing the waste frame.

As is clear from the above description, the present invention opens and closes the form pieces 3 and 5 provided on the machine base 1 by the reciprocating movement of the movable plate 13 by bundle operation. Since the molding chamber 8 is opened and closed by the molding chamber 8, the tile raw material is poured into the molding chamber 8 when it is closed, and the tile product is completed by taking it out after hardening when it is open, making it easy to manufacture and mass-produce at low cost. In addition, colorful colors can be freely obtained by mixing paints or dyeing, and a wide variety of standard products can be manufactured depending on the size and shape of the molding chamber 8.

1. A pair of mold elements that can freely open and close in a frog-like manner are installed opposite each other on the machine base 1, and when the mold elements are closed together, they form a formwork that forms a closed molding chamber. In a closed state, a predetermined amount of tile raw material, which is made by mixing and kneading a thermoplastic resin such as epoxy resin with a curing agent and other compounding agents, is poured in. After the tile raw material has hardened, the mold elements are mutually opened. A synthetic resin tile manufacturing method characterized by taking out a solidified tile.
