Recently, a method has been used in which a coating film waterproofing layer is formed using a coating film waterproofing agent mainly composed of asphalt emulsion, a synthetic resin emulsion, or rubber latex, using a fibrous sheet as a core material. This eliminates the need to heat and melt asphalt or use organic solvents, and is advantageous in terms of pollution prevention, labor saving, and cost. However, the disadvantage is: - Because it is a water-based coating, there is moisture remaining in the coating or moisture in the concrete base.
The drawback is that cracks in the foundation and cracks caused by vibrations in the building can directly rupture the waterproof layer, resulting in water leakage.

The present invention provides a coating film waterproofing construction method that improves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks.
(See Figure 1) Apply a primer if necessary to the surface of the concrete base (1), and after drying, use adhesive (2) to attach the base sheet (a) to its uneven synthetic resin film or sheet surface (5). Then, attach the fiber sheet (8) on the top surface of the base sheet (a) so as to form many grooves (8).
In step 7), the coating film waterproofing agent (b) is sufficiently impregnated and coated thickly (2 to 2 thick) to form a coating film waterproofing agent layer (b) and cured. Next, it is preferable to apply a protective layer (9) on top of this using a conventional method, such as a colored protective paint, a light walking paint, an asphalt board, or a retained concrete retaining layer. The base sheet (a) used will be explained.

FIG. 2 is a partially unrolled perspective view of a long roll of base sheet, which is attached to the base with the uneven surface facing downward during construction. Figure 3 shows A-AM and B- in Figure 1.
This is an enlarged sectional view taken along line B, and both appear to have the same shape. Its composition is, for example, a synthetic resin film or sheet (5J (for example, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, etc.) with an uneven surface formed on the negative side of a synthetic resin foam sheet (6) of polyethylene, polystyrene, polyurethane, etc.).
The percentage indicates that the fiber sheet (7) is adhered to the other side and laminated.

The fiber sheet can be made of various inorganic and organic fibers, woven fabric,
It is used in the form of a non-woven fabric or mat, but synthetic fibers such as polyester, acrylic, vinylon, etc., or glass fibers are particularly preferred because of their good impregnability with the waterproofing agent and dimensional stability.

The coating film waterproofing agent (b) is mainly composed of 700 parts by weight of asphalt emulsion, 10 to UO parts by weight of a rubber or synthetic resin emulsion, and 30 to 6θ heavy covering portions of cement. Rubber or synthetic resin emulsion improves the stretchability, cold resistance, and binding properties of asphalt, but if it is less than 70 parts by weight, it has no effect, and a
If the amount exceeds □ parts by weight, the impregnating properties of the fiber sheet will be poor and hardening by cement will be inhibited. Cement acts as a hardening agent, and if it is less than 30 parts by weight, it will have poor self-hardening properties, and if it is more than 60 parts by weight, it will harden quickly, impairing workability and making the material brittle. It is self-hardening, does not produce residual moisture when impregnated into fiber sheets, and has the characteristic of internally curing even in thick coatings.

The characteristic feature of the coating film waterproofing method of the present invention is that the uneven synthetic resin film or sheet (base sheet) (a) is in contact with the concrete base (1), passes through a large number of grooves (8), and degasses the vapor pressure. It diffuses to prevent blistering, and has excellent stretchability and is difficult to break. In addition, since the uneven surface is point-adhered to the base, cracks and fissures in the base do not directly reach the upper waterproof layer, thereby preventing water leakage. In addition, the synthetic resin foam sheet (6) of the intermediate layer has cushioning and heat insulation effects, and the fiber sheet (
7) is sufficiently impregnated with the waterproofing agent and integrated with the waterproofing agent layer (b) thereon to improve toughness and waterproofness. The coating of the present invention is based on a combination of a base sheet (a) having such a structure and an asphalt emulsion, rubber or synthetic resin emulsion, and a durable, water-resistant, self-hardening membrane waterproofing agent (b) such as cement. The membrane waterproofing construction method is highly effective in preventing blistering, breakage, and water leakage accidents in the waterproof layer.

In particular, when repairing the dilapidated waterproof layer of an old building, other waterproofing construction methods require the old waterproof layer to be removed, but with Kempo, it is possible to create a flow coating using an emulsion type waterproofing agent, so there is no need to do so and the old waterproof layer can be removed as is. It is a very convenient waterproofing construction method that can be applied over the old waterproofing layer, helping to save time and money.
