Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体を収容する缶体の底部より前記流体を流出させた際
    の流出終了を検出する液切れ検出装置において、前記流
    体の流出終了信号をプロセス状態変化検出装置、プロセ
    ス信号取込装置および状態変化装置により検出し、前記
    状態変化比較装置により前記プロセス状態変化検出装置
    および前記プロセス信号取込装置で検出した信号を比較
    し、共に、液切れを示した場合にのみ液切れを検出する
    ことを特徴とする液切れ検出装置。
