    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 階段に沿って設けたレールと、レールに係合して駆動装
    置で走行されかつ車椅子を載せる昇降体′と、昇降体の
    床の前、後端部に起倒可能に装着され倒した時に先端が
    下方に位置するように傾斜して外方に突出するエプロン
    を備えた階段昇降装置において、上記昇降体の床の両端
    部に倒したエプロンと連続する傾斜部を形成したことを
    特徴とする階段昇降装置。
