されたカーソル線を点滅させるパルス信号を発生するパ
ルス発振回路と、上記カーソル線信号および上記パルス
信号を入力して上記パルス信号の各パルスに対応してカ
ソール信号を断続的に出力するゲート回路と、上記ＩＴ
Ｖカメラからの映像信号および上記ゲート回路からのカ
ーソル線信号を入力しこれら映像信号およびカーソル線
信号を混合映像信号として上記ＩＴＶモニタに出力する
