とともにダイオードとトランジスタおよび抵抗素子を介
してコモンに接続されてなる入力端子、その入力端が前
記増幅器の反転入力端子に接続され出力端が抵抗素子を
介して前記ダイオードとトランジスタの接続点に接続さ
れたバッファ増幅器、および、一方の入力端が前記バッ
ファ増幅器の出力端に接続されるとともに他方の入力端
に基準電圧源が接続され出力端が抵抗素子を介して前記
トランジスタのベース電極に接続された比較器よりなる
