ル長より短かい一様な導体薄板をいれた場合、磁界分布

界分布の一様性を損ず、シールド効果が得られる。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 磁気バブルチップを搭載した基板と、上記磁気バブ
ルチップに回転磁界を印加するために互いに直交する磁
界を発生し一方のコイルが他方のコイルを内包しかつ両
コイルが上記磁気バブルチップを内包する如く配置され
た1対の磁気バブル駆動コイルと、該1対のコイルと上
記基板との間に配置されるとともにコイル駆動周波数に
対する表皮深さよりも薄い導電材料で形成され上記磁気
バブルチップに一様磁界を与える導電薄板とを備えた磁
気バブル駆動磁気回路において、上記薄板は上記基板の
広さに対応して延設するとともに、一様磁界を与えるチ
ップ領域に対向する部分を除き、渦電流が流れないよう
にスリットを設けたことを特徴とする磁気バブル駆動磁
気回路。
