PURPOSE:To turn and stop the DC motor rapidly by flowing currents turnig the DC motor in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation when turning and stopping the DC motor. CONSTITUTION:When an input (a) to the inverter 1A of a mode command circuit 1 reaches H from L, an output (b) from a reference voltage generating circuit 6 reaches inclined reference potential E3 because both an output (i) from a NAND circuit 20 and an output (e) from an inverter 16 reach L from H. On the other hand, an output from a NOR circuit 23 reaches H because an output (j) from an exclusive OR circuit 21 reaches H from L and an output from an inverter 25 is at L and an output from an inverter 22 is at L, and a reversal signal is outputted as shown in (m).
