Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部にオイルを収容するクランクケースと吸気通路とを
    ブローバイガス通路で連通ずるとともに、このブローバ
    イガス通路の一部をオイルリターン通路として用いる内
    燃機関において、スタータモータの付勢回路に介装され
    たスイッチ手段、前記−クランクケース内のオイルレベ
    ルを検出シ、このオイルレベルが所定値以上のとき信号
    を発するオイルレベルセンサ、およびこのオイルレベル
    センサからの信号に基づき前記スイッチ手段を開いてエ
    ンジンスタートを不能にするスイッチ制御手段からなる
    内燃機関の作動制御装置。
